Miyamoto bvba offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All site pricing will be shown in Euros (EUR). Payments are currently accepted only in Euros (EUR), and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.
All pricing is shown inclusive of value added tax, and orders being shipped to addresses outside the European Union VAT area will have this tax removed from their order total, once a valid delivery address has been confirmed.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund.
We accept returns directly to us only for products purchased directly from Maison Miyamoto. For items purchased from a Maison Miyamoto’s retail partner, please contact them to arrange an exchange or refund.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition.
When returning items to us, please ensure that the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. We are unable to refund postage on returned gift items.
Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details entered for personalised products are correct.
We are committed to product excellence and stand behind the quality of the products we produce. However, manufacturing faults can occur from time to time. If you think your product has developed a manufacturing fault please contact us.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following our evaluation. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these is possible, we will offer a refund.
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
To make a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, product description, date of purchase, order number (if known), and the reason for your return request. We will then provide you with instructions to use our free returns service.
Please note that if you choose not to use the free returns service, any postage or shipping costs will not be refunded, and we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the carrier.
Miyamoto will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”.
For customers purchasing in the EU, under the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (“EUCR”), you have the right to cancel your order within a certain time frame. Miyamoto will honour such cancellation provided it is made within fourteen days of receiving your items. Notice must be given in writing, either by email or by post to:
For all order cancellations through the EUCR, you are eligible for a full refund including your shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. However, you need to return your item(s) back to us in good time via a secure delivery service, and items must be returned in good condition. To initiate your return, please contact us.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Usage of the Maison Miyamoto site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law.
Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from Miyamoto bvba.
